HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Free Ground Shipping is available for all original painting commissions within the contiguous United States. All Freight/LTL shipped items do not qualify.

Other orders (as well as Freight and Wholesale orders) are based on your location, the weight of the item in its packaging, and the size of the package it is shipped in. We do our best to eliminate extra size and weight costs on handmade and original art. This is available for review during the checkout process for limited edition prints.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

The estimated delivery date of your product is calculated by combining the production time and delivery method:

  • Original Artworks: 48 hours

  • Limited Edition Prints made by our trusted providers: 3 - 5 Business Days

  • Handmade items: 1 - 3 Business Days

  • Custom Commissioned Paintings: will vary based on the complexity of the design and style, as well as paint drying time and number of layers needed to achieve desired aesthetic

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

With the exception of specialty items, commissions, and expedited shipping, your artwork will arrive in 5-10 business days upon completion for orders placed within the contiguous US. All other locations may take longer. This is based on your order lead time and transit time.

*Please note that while most orders will arrive by the time shown in the checkout, our carriers continue to experience intermittent delays due to high e-commerce volumes and holiday volume which may impact your delivery time. 

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your artwork has shipped, you will also be sent an email notification with the tracking number.

CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We’d rather not due to the unpredictability of international shipping.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Shipping addresses must be a resident or business physical location.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?

In most cases, you will not have to sign to receive your order: if the courier feels that the delivery address is secure they will leave the package at your door.

CAN I SHIP TO A THIRD PARTY?

Of course! You can enter a recipient's shipping address when placing your order. If the item is an original, commission, or handmade item, then simply email us with instructions for a gift card insert, and we will take care of it.

DO YOU OFFER TRADE PRICING OR WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS?

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM PIECE OF ART?

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

In most cases, we can only cancel an order within 2 hours of being placed. To request a cancellation, Contact me immediately.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer free 14 day return shipping within the contiguous United States on any new, undamaged artwork.

· Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

· Returns will not be accepted for international orders.

· Refunds are credited to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receiving your return and with evidence of bank processing completion of the original payment.

· A refund confirmation will be sent via email.

· The Cancellation/Refund Policy does not apply to wholesale or commissioned custom orders. Wholesale and commissioned orders are considered a final sale with no returns or exchanges permitted.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

  • To expedite your request, please include the following when you reach out: your name, contact phone number, order number, item, and the reason for the return.

  • You will be emailed a prepaid return shipping label within 1-3 business days.

  • Safely package your artwork using the original box and affix the prepaid return shipping label to the box.

  • Drop off the return to a UPS location within 10 days of receiving your return shipping label.

WHAT IF MY ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?

In case of shipping damages or errors, please keep the packaging and its contents and contact me immediately with photos of the area of concern.

Our Customer Service team will be in touch with a resolution within 1-2 business days.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY ARTWORK?

Use a soft dust brush to gently remove dust when needed. Do not clean with any chemical products. Do not wet the surface.
