I love Japanese art. With this piece, I wanted to incorporate a Japanese style while still giving a slightly 3 dimensional effect. I can imagine myself hiding beneath the canopy of these shadowy trees that hold secrets beneath the glow of a full moon as wildlife sings all around. A misty, mysterious night!
This is a 24 x 36 inch oil over acrylic on 3/4 inch thick canvas with gold leaf embellishment.
